Job summary

Tieto Indtech is seeking a Head of Operational Excellence to lead the transformation of how Multichannel & BIX operates. This senior cross-functional role drives Lean, AI-enabled ways of working, governance, and operational discipline to scale the business and deliver measurable outcomes.

You will partner with Product, Delivery, Technology, Support, and Security to translate strategy into actionable programs, build scalable operating models, and embed risk and compliance into daily operations.

The Role

We are looking for a Head of Operational Excellence to lead the transformation of howMultichannel & BIX operates.

Working closely with leaders across Product, Delivery, Technology, Support, and Security, you will build the operational foundation that enables the business to scale, execute strategy, and succeed in an AI-driven future.
