Job summary

Tieto Indtech in Sweden seeks a Head of Operational Excellence to lead transformation of Multichannel & BIX operations. You will drive Lean initiatives, AI-enabled ways of working, and governance across Product, Delivery, Technology, Support and Security to scale the business.

The role requires senior cross-functional leadership, building scalable operating models, strengthening performance management with KPIs, and embedding risk and compliance into daily operations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading Lean or operational transformation programmes.
• Experience driving AI-enabled business improvement.
• Strong understanding of performance management, governance, and operating models.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Operational Excellence strategy across Multichannel & BIX.
• Lead AI-enabled transformation initiatives that improve productivity, quality, and decision-making.
• Simplify and standardize processes, governance, and ways of working across the organization.
• Strengthen performance management through clear KPIs, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
• Establish scalable operating models that support growth, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure security, compliance, risk management, and governance are embedded in business operations.
• Build organizational capability in Lean, operational leadership, and continuous improvement.
• Support senior leaders in translating business strategy into measurable operational outcomes.
