Job summary

Nordic Investin Group Aktiebolag, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Digital Workplace Project Manager to lead Microsoft 365 modernization, governance and adoption.

You will coordinate cross‑functional workstreams, plan migrations, testing and training, and ensure security, information governance and user enablement. The role requires ownership from scope to handover, strong stakeholder leadership, and a pragmatic, risk‑aware approach to delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT projects focused on digital workplace platforms.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 delivery and configuration.
• Experience coordinating security, information governance and user needs.
• Structured migration, testing and adoption management processes.
• Vendor and stakeholder leadership capability.
• Professional English; Swedish language skills are useful for employee communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the digital workplace roadmap and project governance.
• Coordinate Microsoft 365 configuration, migration and security work.
• Define information ownership and lifecycle requirements.
• Plan pilots, communication, training and adoption support.
• Manage suppliers, risks, budget and decision forums.
• Ensure service management and support readiness.
