Job summary

Capgemini PBS Nordics is seeking an experienced D365 Finance & Operations Development Lead to lead, design and implement integrations within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ecosystem. You will ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and drive innovation through modern Microsoft technologies.

You will own solution design, guide developers, perform code reviews and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical designs, including data migrations

• 7+ years hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O or X++ development.
• Experience designing integrations, customizations and data migrations in D365 F&O.

Your role

As an (Experienced) D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Development Lead, you’ll take on a hands on technical role focused on leading, designing and implementing integration solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ecosystem. You’ll contribute to ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and driving innovation through the adoption of modern Microsoft technologies.

• Developing and managing integrations between Dynamics 365 F&O and third party systems using Azure services, APIs, and other integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Taking technical ownership of solutions by planning and prioritizing development work together with the team, taking technical ownership of solutions and delivery quality.
• Supporting developers through technical guidance, design discussions and code reviews, contributing to best practices and high quality coding standards.
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable technical designs, including customizations, integrations, and data migrations.
• Contributing across the development lifecycle by estimating FDDs, conducting code reviews, build, technical design (TDD), release and branching strategies as part of the development team.

Your profile

• 7+ years of hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or X++ development.
• Solid experience designing and implementing technical solutions in D365 F&O, including integrations, customizations, and data migrations.
• Comfortable taking technical ownership of solutions, contributing to design, code quality, and maintainability in collaborative teams.
• Clear understanding of business processes, with experience from both implementation and support projects and experience identifying and improving system gaps.
• Fluency in Swedish and good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Note: You need to be based in Sweden and have proficiency in Swedish to be considered for the role.
