Job summary

Capgemini PBS Nordics is seeking an experienced D365 Finance & Operations Development Lead to lead, design and implement integrations within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ecosystem. You will ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and drive innovation through modern Microsoft technologies.

You will own solution design, guide developers, perform code reviews and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical designs, including data migrations

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O or X++ development.
• Experience designing integrations, customizations and data migrations in D365 F&O.
• Ability to own solutions, contribute to design, code quality and maintainability in teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, design and implement integration solutions within D365 F&O ecosystem.
• Own development planning, prioritization and delivery quality with the team.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews and best-practice sharing.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and migrations.
• Contribute across the development lifecycle including design, builds, releases, and branching.
