Qualifications

• A few years of experience in a technical role with exposure to relevant areas such as materials, testing, certification or sustainability.
• University degree in materials science, materials engineering, materials chemistry, materials physics or a related field.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable working hands-on with products, materials and testing activities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and qualify new materials, suppliers and product solutions.
• Plan, perform and analyse testing to support product development, certification and quality improvements.
• Drive material, product and process improvements from idea through implementation.
• Coordinate product certifications and ensure compliance with relevant standards, sustainability requirements and market regulations.
• Contribute to sustainability-related initiatives, environmental documentation and product sustainability requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation, including certificates, data sheets and environmental documentation.
• Support production with troubleshooting, root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with suppliers, purchasing, innovation, production and external partners.
• Support sales with technical expertise, customer documentation, sustainability information and product-related questions.
