Jefferson Wells Sverige seeks a detail-oriented Demand Planner / Capacity Planning Analyst for a long-term automotive consultancy assignment. You will create long-term market and volume forecasts to guide production capacity and strategic decisions.

Based at the client's site in Hisingen, Göteborg, you will collaborate with production planning and business teams, report to management, and translate data into actionable insights that keep capacity aligned with market trends.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in forecasting or market analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data clearly.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This is a consultant position for a long term assignment in the automotive industry. You will work at our clients premises at Hisingen.
