Jefferson Wells Sverige seeks a detail-oriented Demand Planner / Capacity Planning Analyst for a long-term automotive consultancy assignment. You will create long-term market and volume forecasts to guide production capacity and strategic decisions.

Based at the client's site in Hisingen, Göteborg, you will collaborate with production planning and business teams, report to management, and translate data into actionable insights that keep capacity aligned with market trends.

Qualifications

Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in forecasting or market analysis.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data clearly.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop long-term market and volume forecasts for various product segments.
Monitor overall market and sales volume evolution by segment and product type.
Identify emerging trends and provide actionable insights to secure production capacity.
Collaborate with production planning and business teams to align forecasts with strategic goals.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
