  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.

Demand Analyst – Supply Chain Hybrid

Are you ready to shape the next generation of supply chain planning using cutting-edge tech, digitalization, and AI? We are looking for an analytical and curious Demand Analyst to challenge, improve, and elevate our forecasting methods, analytics, and planning tools on a global scale!

In this role, you will be a key player in our team—especially during the upcoming implementation and upgrade of a new Advanced Planning System (APS). You won't just operate within existing systems; you will actively drive process improvements and turn data into real business value.

Your Mission
  • Develop and optimize forecasting methods, reporting, and data analytics across the global demand planning process.

  • Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

  • Play an active role in the implementation and upgrade of a new Advanced Planning System (APS).

  • Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with key stakeholders across the organization.

  • Help build future ways of working where AI and digital tools take center stage.

Your Profile
  • Background: Education or experience within Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • Analytical Mindset: Strong data-driven mindset, problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of curiosity.

  • Systems & Tools: Passion for digitalization and process improvement. Experience with planning systems (ERP/APS), BI tools, or reporting is a plus.

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in presenting data insights. Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
