Kognic is seeking a Delivery Manager Leader in Gothenburg to guide and grow our team of about 12 Delivery Managers. You will shape the function, hire and coach, and align it with customer and internal stakeholder needs, balancing short-term pragmatism with long-term improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field, Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Administration/Finance, or similar educational background and/or work experience.
• Experience: You have led a team through major change.
• Experience: You have 3+ years of formal leadership and management responsibilities.
• Experience: You have experience of delivery to enterprise customers with a real grip on margin and P&L.

• Lead and develop the team of Delivery Managers (~12 people) who own day-to-day across all accounts.
• Define how the function meets customers and internal stakeholders; hire and coach to those standards.
• Own escalation and resolution when delivery is at risk, guiding teams through complex paths to success.
• Monitor budgets and margins per account and for the company; drive performance and salary reviews.
