Job summary

Kognity, a 125-person EdTech scale-up, seeks a Delivery Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to own end-to-end delivery of our curriculum content, from planning through release, with autonomy to decide how work gets done.

You’ll coordinate content teams, subject experts and suppliers, uphold quality, track delivery health and manage budgets, enabling rapid progress across global projects from our Stockholm hybrid office.

Qualifications

• Experience driving complex projects from initiation to delivery.
• Ability to manage priorities, dependencies, timelines and risks.

Responsibilities

• Shape delivery rhythms and plans across projects to prevent blockers.
• Coordinate content teams, subject experts and suppliers toward deadlines.
• Set and uphold quality standards at production stages.
• Track delivery health and surface risks early with transparent updates.
• Manage project budgets and supplier costs to avoid surprises.
