Job summary

WirelessCar is seeking a Delivery Manager to join a global Solution Area and lead complex software deliveries while building trusted customer relationships. You will own end-to-end delivery, balance customer value with delivery performance, and drive operational excellence across cross-functional teams in a hybrid office setup in Gothenburg.

Qualifications

• Experience in Delivery Management, Program Management, Project Management or similar.
• Led complex software or digital service deliveries.
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of one or more customer deliveries.
• Define delivery priorities, roadmaps, and milestones aligned with customer agreements.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across the delivery lifecycle.
• Sponsor delivery epics and major customer changes.
• Drive collaboration across engineering, operations, product, and supporting functions.
• Ensure deliveries follow established governance and Ways of Working.
• Continuously improve delivery performance and operational efficiency.
