As a DataOps Engineer in NOBA Bank Group, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring that raw data is efficiently transformed into structured, high‑quality assets. You’ll play a key role in modernizing and maintaining our data infrastructure, implementing new technologies, and enabling the organization to innovate and grow through reliable, accessible, and well‑managed data operations.
The Data & Analytics Engineering department brings together specialists in data infrastructure, analytics, and data management. Together we build a modern and reliable data foundation that supports decision making across the business. This role is for Data Management & New Initiatives team under Data & Analytics Engineering department.
In this role, you’ll design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines, partner with teams across the bank, and ensure that business critical data needs are met. You will take responsibility for ensuring continuous operations of our data warehouse across all domains, making sure daily processes run smoothly and data is readily accessible for all users. You’ll also monitor data infrastructure performance, proactively troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with other engineers to develop our security and business continuity best‑practice.
