Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a 1st / 2nd line Datacenter System Engineer for our branch in the Netherlands, with responsibilities in supporting customers in Iceland.

You will trouble-shoot and resolve server-hardware problems while ensuring high customer satisfaction across diverse cultures. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work under pressure. Qualifications

• Experience with 1st and 2nd line support.
• Experience in datacenters is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Accept, register and resolve various server-hardware problems remotely and at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot, analyze problems, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Skills

Excellent command of the English language

Good communication skills

Capability to work individually and under pressure

Quick learning ability

Education

Completed (senior) vocational education towards IT

Tools

Basic knowledge of Windows OS
