Job summary

Ctrl Digital, a Swedish consultancy, seeks an Analytics Engineer to join the team in Stockholm. You’ll work at the intersection of data engineering, analytics and marketing tech to bring data from multiple platforms into transformed, AI-enabled insights.

You’ll build data warehouses, model data, and design semantic layers, collaborating with marketing, analytics and IT teams on varied client projects.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in analytics engineering, data analytics or data engineering.
• Strong SQL skills and cloud data warehouse experience.
• Experience with dbt/Dataform and data modelling concepts.
• Familiarity with Git, Python, APIs and data pipelines.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Build marketing data warehouses in BigQuery.
• Integrate data from GA4, Google Ads, Meta, CRM and other systems.
• Transform and model data with SQL and dbt/Dataform.
• Design reliable data models and semantic layers for reporting and analytics.
• Build data pipelines and integrations using APIs/ETL tools.
• Make data accessible to Power BI, Looker Studio and other BI tools.
• Develop AI-assisted analytics and activation data pipelines.
• Collaborate with clients and cross‑functional teams.
