Based in Malmö with hybrid/flexible work, you will design, build, and deploy ML solutions while collaborating with stakeholders and engineers to move concepts into production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Data Science, ML, or AI.
• Strong Python skills.
• Experience deploying production‑ready ML solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud‑based AI and data platforms.

• Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to support organisations in leveraging data, Machine Learning, and Generative AI to solve complex business challenges and deliver real, measurable outcomes.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from predictive analytics and machine learning to cutting‑edge AI solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). You'll collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and business leaders to develop solutions that move from concept to production.
