Jefferson Frank is seeking a Senior Data Scientist (Freelance) to help organisations unlock business value from data, ML, and Generative AI. Based in Malmö with hybrid/flexible work, you will design, build, and deploy ML solutions while collaborating with stakeholders and engineers to move concepts into production.

The role focuses on predictive analytics, LLM-powered AI, and governance practices, with immediate start and a competitive freelance rate. Excellent English communication required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Data Science, ML, or AI.
• Strong Python skills.
• Experience deploying production‑ready ML solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud‑based AI and data platforms.
• Strong understanding of statistical modelling and advanced analytics.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning models.
• Analyse large datasets to uncover actionable insights.
• Build predictive models for forecasting, optimisation, and risk management.
• Develop Generative AI solutions using LLMs and RAG architectures.
• Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritise AI opportunities.
• Support the deployment and monitoring of models in production environments.
