Job summary

Guidance Forward AB is seeking an AI Engineer / Data Scientist to drive AI initiatives in the Gothenburg area, Sweden. The role is hybrid with our office at Furumossen and remote options depending on project needs.

You will design, develop and deploy AI/ML solutions, build generative AI apps, and work with stakeholders across teams to deliver data-driven business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS, data science, AI or engineering.
• Experience in AI/ML or data science.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Experience with ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs and model evaluation.
• Familiar with Git, Agile practices.
• Knowledge of RAG, LangChain and vector databases.
• Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Docker, CI/CD and MLOps.
• Good English communication.

Guidance Forward AB is looking for an AI Engineer / Data Scientist to work in the Gothenburg area, Sweden.

Work arrangement

Hybrid – our office is at Furumossen 43347 Partille. Depending on project requirements, work may take place at our office or at project locations anywhere in the Gothenburg area, with remote work opportunities.

Employment

Full-time, permanent employment (100%), subject to a genuine employment offer and agreed contract.

Main responsibilities
