Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Change Manager / Release Manager for a large-scale data platform modernisation. You will own end-to-end change enablement and release execution across Snowflake migration from Teradata and ETL tool transitions, coordinating with business, engineering, security, and operations to ensure smooth deployments.

You should have 7+ years in enterprise data transformations, strong ITIL/ADKAR or Kotter frameworks, and hands-on release management in Agile/SAFe contexts.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in change management and release management within large-scale data/platform transformations.
• Experience applying Prosci ADKAR or Kotter's model and ITIL-aligned processes.
• Experience in Agile/SAFe delivery environments and strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the programme change strategy, roadmap and integrated plan.
• Coordinate stakeholder readiness, communications, training and adoption activities.
• Define and govern end-to-end release lifecycle per migration wave; manage cutover and hypercare.
• Maintain artefacts: stakeholder maps, readiness dashboards, risk & dependency logs.
• Lead CAB governance, validation checklists, rollback procedures and post-release stability.
