Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Sweden AB is seeking a skilled Snowflake Developer to design, build, and optimize data pipelines using Snowflake and IDMC. You will migrate data from Teradata to Snowflake, implement governance and security, and create scalable data models and procedures.

You will collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders, ensuring high performance and cost efficiency of data workloads.

Qualifications

• : Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake data warehouse and related features.
• : Experience migrating data from Teradata to Snowflake and designing scalable data models.
• : Proficiency in SQL and data lineage, governance, and security controls.
• : Familiarity with SaaS data integration tools and Python scripting for automation.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical Snowflake solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement ETL/ELT pipelines for Teradata-to-Snowflake migrations.
• Optimize migration processes for data integrity, performance, and cost.
• Create and manage Snowflake objects: tables, views, schemas, stages, procedures.
