Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Test Manager to own end-to-end testing for ETL processes and Data Warehouse migrations, including on-prem to Snowflake in a banking domain. You will set the test strategy, KPIs, and defect benchmarks while coordinating between QA, development, product, and business stakeholders across finance, compliance, and IT.

You will lead ETL validation, ensure regulatory alignment, and drive shift-left practices with automation opportunities.

Qualifications

• : Extensive hands-on ETL testing experience, ideally with IDMC (Informatica).
• : Experience leading end-to-end Data Warehouse migration projects, preferably Teradata to Snowflake.
• : Strong knowledge of banking regulations, data governance, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead overall test strategy across migration projects.
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable test plans and metrics.
• Lead ETL testing across banking data domains (customer data, transactions, risk).
• Mentor junior testers; manage resources and timelines.
• Oversee test data in Snowflake, including UAT.
