Job summary

JM is seeking a Data Engineer to help build a modern data platform and migrate from on-premise to a cloud-based Snowflake environment. You will design scalable data pipelines, model data using Kimball/star schema, and ensure governance and performance while collaborating with teams in Sweden, Norway, and Finland.

You will work with Azure DevOps for CI/CD, apply data governance principles, and leverage Python in data workflows. Fluency in Swedish and English is required for daily collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with data modeling (Kimball, star schema).
• Experience with data pipelines (ETL/ELT) in production.
• Experience with Snowflake.
• Experience with dbt or similar tools.
• Experience with cloud environments like Azure.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps.
• Good understanding of data architecture and data governance.
• Fluency in Swedish and English required.

• Migrate existing systems to a cloud-based Snowflake environment
