Job summary

Vimian Group seeks a Data Lead to own the data strategy and roadmap across its four segments. You’ll steer a data team and a consulting partner, align with segment leaders, and ensure the platform delivers value while staying scalable.

The role is based at Riddargatan in Stockholm with a 2–3 day in-office pattern. English is the working language; Swedish is not required. You’ll work with Azure, Synapse, Data Factory, and Power BI to unify data definitions and enable AI-enabled decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience building or owning a group data platform in a large, complex organisation.
• Strong ability to manage senior stakeholders and align priorities across segments.
• Familiar with AI agents, LLM tooling, and analysis, modelling and code review.
• Comfortable driving change management to ensure platform adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define data strategy and own the data roadmap across the organisation.
• Lead a data team and coordinate with an external delivery partner.
• Develop governance and operating model to scale data across segments.
• Collaborate with segment leaders to balance central vs local needs.
