Qualifications

Our AI relies on high-quality, well-structured data, making the role of a Data Engineer crucial to our success. We are seeking talented individuals to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. The position is onsite, and we offer relocation assistance for candidates.

Responsibilities

• Data Pipeline Engineering: Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that ensure the seamless flow and availability of diverse legal datasets for our AI models. You will craft systems that are robust and efficient, facilitating easy access and optimal use for analysis and AI deployment.
• Database Management and Performance Tuning: Take charge of our database environments to maximize efficiency in data storage and retrieval. Your focus will be on optimizing performance to support high-speed data operations while ensuring the utmost in data integrity and security.
• Data Structuring and Optimization: Develop innovative strategies for data chunking and parsing to enhance our RAG pipelines.
• Product Enhancement: Work closely with AI engineers to refine and advance our data infrastructure, aligning it with evolving AI capabilities and business needs.
• System Evaluation and Iteration: Implement and manage systems to monitor and evaluate the health and performance of our data processes. Identify areas for improvement, and continuously iterate on solutions to enhance data handling and utilization, ensuring alignment with our overall AI strategy.

Skills and Requirements

• Have a strong track‑record of building AI/ML‑based systems or products.
• Have experience in building with LLMs – both using existing models and training/fine‑tuning new models.
• Have experience in building information retrieval or RAG pipelines.
• Are excited about building the future of AI systems in knowledge work.
• Like to move fast, with a high sense of urgency in getting things done.
• Are a self‑starter and have a high degree of self‑directedness.
• Have excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
