Job summary

NA-KD is seeking a Purchase Controller in Gothenburg to own end-to-end category responsibility, driving sales growth, optimized stock, and profitability. You will work with buying and merchandising to shape assortment strategies and execute the sales plan.

You will manage forecasts, budgets, and KPI tracking, communicating opportunities and risks while driving improvements across the purchase controlling function.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, textile, or related field.
• 1–2 years' experience in purchase or commercial controlling.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools, and Claude (AI).

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, forecasting and KPI follow-up for categories.
• Set category assortment and purchasing strategy with buying team.
• Analyze purchase, sales and inventory data to optimize planning and profitability.
• Improve purchasing and controlling processes, including tools and reporting.
