Qualifikationen
- 5+ years of experience in business controlling or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
- Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling experience.
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI) is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English with proactive, structured mindset.
Aufgaben
- Support CA North financial planning and reporting including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reviews.
- Connect financial performance with business insight for Product Line and commercial teams.
- Evaluate business cases, pricing improvements, and investments with sales partners.
- Assist monthly forecasting and improve forecast accuracy with risk signaling.
- Support price negotiations with Pricing teams and set sales bonus targets.
