Job summary

Market Partner Scandinavia is seeking a reliable warehouse/logistics assistant to support data center logistics in our Sweden operations. You will handle deliveries, inventory, and data-driven tasks under supervision, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in warehousing or IT-enabled logistics, and basic MS Office skills. Experience in data centers is preferred, and attention to detail is essential for regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2+ years in warehouse/supply chain.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience in a data center environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs assigned tasks and escalates issues during high-volume work activity or escalation-based situations.
• Leverages process knowledge and best judgment to complete next task without direct supervision.
• Coordinates, prepares, and executes incoming/outgoing deliveries (e.g. purchase order PO receiving, Rack Movement Supervisor RMS activities).
• Ensures complete and detailed physical inventory tracking and staging.
• Performs inventory cycle audits, data corrections, and various Data Center regulatory compliance or certification control audit activity.
• Performs material movement, including shipping/receiving and inventory management per standard process.
• Ensures detailed physical inventory tracking and staging.
• Performs destruction of data bearing devices (DBD) following all documented procedures and runbooks

• Basic understanding of how to use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Previous experience working in a data center environment.
