Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (CBRE GWS) is seeking a Technical Team Leader for our DCS department in Kristiansand to lead and coordinate the technical team and daily maintenance tasks. You will work closely with the Critical Facility Manager and report on technical operations for one major customer.

The role requires broad technical knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to plan and document thoroughly, with Norwegian and English as working languages.

• Good communication skills at all levels and structured work approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the on-site technical team and monitor daily operations.
• Plan shifts, holiday coverage and long-term maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate service agreements and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with HSE rules and thorough documentation.
• Prepare reports and participate in meetings with customers.
