Job summary

Capgemini Invent invites graduates to join our analytics and AI transformation team in Stockholm or Gothenburg, Fall 2027. You will work with top organizations and interdisciplinary teams to translate data into strategic value and actionable insights across industries.

We welcome 0–1 year of experience, a Master’s degree in a relevant field, and a passion for AI, analytics and innovation. Expect structured training, mentoring, and an active, collaborative workplace with travel to client sites.

Qualifications

Educational background: Master’s degree with strong results in Engineering, Business, Economics paired with Data Science/CS/IT.
Recent graduate: graduating in 2027 or recently graduated with 0–1 year of relevant work experience.
Analytical and curious, passionate about data and AI-driven innovation.
Experience with AI, ML, Generative AI, Agentic applications, automation or data-driven innovation is valued.
Fluent English and Swedish communications.
