Your role

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Partnering with leading organizations and multidisciplinary teams to transform data into strategic value.
• Helping clients make smarter decisions and gain real-time, actionable insights by leveraging advanced analytics, AI and intelligent automation and Agentic AI capabilities.
• Exploring how generative AI and Agentic AI can transform business processes, unlock new ways of working, and create sustainable competitive advantages for clients.
• Working across industries and geographies to co‑create innovative solutions and reshape business models, unlock new growth opportunities, and deliver measurable impact.

Your profile

• Educational background: You hold a master's degree with strong academic results in fields such as Engineering, Business, Economics in combination with Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar. Ideally, you combine this with hands‑on experience from internships, projects, or extracurricular activities.
• Recent graduate: You are graduating in 2027 or have recently graduated, with 0-3 year of relevant work experience since completing your degree.
• Skills and mindset: You're analytical, curious, and passionate about data and AI driven innovation. You thrive in dynamic environments, learn quickly, and enjoy solving complex challenges- both independently and in teams.
• Additional merits: Experience with AI, Machine learning, Generative AI, Agentic applications, automation or data driven innovation is highly valued. International and professional experiences, as well as involvement in extracurricular activities, are also considered valuable assets.
• Language skills: You have fluent communication skills in both Swedish and English.

Start date and location

As a recent graduate, you'll join our Stockholm or Gothenburg office in Fall 2027, with readiness to travel and work on projects at our client sites. If you have already graduated, there may be an opportunity to start earlier, during Spring 2027.
