Capgemini Invent in Sweden is looking for inventive junior management consultants to join our Stockholm and Gothenburg teams. The role targets recent graduates and early-career professionals graduating in 2027 or with 0–3 years of experience, ready to travel and work on client projects in Fall 2027.

We value curious, analytical minds, strong communication in Swedish and English, and experiences beyond the classroom, including AI, data-driven innovation and international exposure.

Your role

Capgemini Invent is seeking inventive and driven junior professionals to join our dynamic team in Stockholm and Gothenburg.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Partnering with leading organisations to solve complex business challenges and create sustainable value.
• Contributing to high-impact projects across industries, functions, and markets, delivering tangible results for our clients.
• Developing strategies, designing future-ready business models, and driving transformations that enable measurable impact and long-term growth.

Your profile

• Educational background: You hold a master’s degree with strong academic results in fields such as Business, Engineering, Data, Computer Science, or Technology. Ideally, you combine this with real-life experience.
• Recent graduate: You are graduating in 2027 or have recently graduated, with 0-3 year of relevant work experience since completing your degree.
• Skills and mindset: You’re curious, analytical, and thrive in fast-paced environments. You enjoy solving complex challenges and are eager to learn and grow- both independently and as part of a team.
• Additional merits: International and professional experiences, as well as involvement in extracurricular activities, are meriting. Experience or interest in AI, automation, or data-driven innovation is considered a valuable asset.
• Language skills: You have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
