Capgemini Invent seeks inventive and driven recent graduates to join our Stockholm and Gothenburg team. You are expected to graduate in 2027 or have recently graduated with 0–1 year of relevant work experience since completing your degree.

You will collaborate with leading organisations to solve complex business challenges, design future-ready models, and help clients unlock value from data, AI and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data, CS, or Technology with strong academic results.
• Recent graduate: 0–1 year of relevant work experience since degree completion, with graduation expected in 2027.
• Curious, analytical, and thrive in fast-paced environments; eager to learn and grow both independently and in a team.
• International and extracurricular experiences are meriting; AI, automation, or data-driven innovation experience is valuable.
• Excellent communication in Swedish and English.
