Job summary

Siemens Energy seeks a Cybersecurity Officer to address a broad range of cybersecurity support requests across the organization. You will help advance business activities, raise awareness, and ensure adherence to cybersecurity policies while developing internal capabilities.

You will collaborate with global teams, contribute to the company-wide cybersecurity community, and help deliver practical security solutions for diverse business units.

Qualifications

• A university degree or equivalent in information technology, cybersecurity, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in enterprise-level cybersecurity.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in multinational teams.
• Fluency in business English and proficiency in local languages.
• Proven ability to oversee and drive adherence to cybersecurity policies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive adherence to cybersecurity policies and mandates across the organization.
• Advise non-senior management and cybersecurity communities on policies and best practices.
• Promote cybersecurity objectives within local communities to raise awareness.
• Understand cybersecurity needs of the SE business and deliver effective solutions.
• Build and support communities of Cyber Security Ambassadors to promote security practices.
• Collaborate with Siemens Energy’s Cybersecurity team and other business areas.
