Job summary

Sellpy is seeking a Polish-speaking Customer Support member based at our Medborgarplatsen office in Stockholm. You will engage with buyers and sellers via chat, phone, and email, ensuring a positive experience and quick resolutions.

Join a modern company driving sustainable living, with onboarding on-site for six weeks and a Monday–Friday schedule from 08:15 to 17:15. English proficiency is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Polish-speaking skill is essential and demonstrated fluency in Polish.
• Strong written and spoken English since it’s the company language.
• Experience in customer service or support roles is beneficial.
• Structured, service-minded approach to handling inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from Polish customers via chat, phone and email.
• Assist buyers and sellers, ensuring smooth transactions and satisfaction.
• Learn the Sellpy offering to provide accurate information and solutions.
• Contribute to service improvements based on customer feedback.

Customer Support at Sellpy

The next Polish-speaking colleague will have an important role in supporting our customers in the Polish market. Sellpy has customers selling and buying second hand products, and our team is responsible for supporting customers in both areas, over chat, phone and email when required. We specialise in unique items at Sellpy, which gives you plenty of fun challenges that you probably haven't faced before.

In short, you will

• Create satisfaction for our buyers and sellers in a wide variety of support errands
• Pick up inquiries via chat, telephone and/or email
• Learn lots about second hand in a fast-paced environment
• Help to improve our service based on customer feedback

Requirements

• A structured and service-minded mentality
• Spoken and written fluency in Polish
• Good knowledge of English as this is our company language
• An interest in finding solutions and improving the offer for our customers

We’d be impressed if you have

• Additional language skills (French or German)
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Experience in working in customer support via chat, phone and email
• An interest in second hand

Location

This role is based at our Medborgarplatsen office. You work Monday to Friday, 08:15-17:15, and start with six weeks of onboarding on-site.
