Job summary

Sellpy is seeking a Czech-speaking Customer Support to help our customers in the Czech market from our Stockholm office. You will communicate via chat, phone, and email, assisting buyers and sellers and resolving a wide range of questions in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Stockholm at Medborgarplatsen, you will join a modern team that values sustainability and circular fashion. We offer onboarding, staff discounts, and ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications

Customer Support at Sellpy

The next Czech-speaking colleague will have an important role in supporting our customers in the Czech market. Sellpy has customers selling and buying second hand products, and our team is responsible for supporting customers in both areas, over chat, phone and email when required. We specialise in unique items at Sellpy, which gives you plenty of fun challenges that you probably haven’t faced before.

In short, you will

Requirements

• A structured and service-minded mentality
• Spoken and written fluency in Czech
• Good knowledge of English as this is our company language
• An interest in finding solutions and improving the offer for our customers

We’d be impressed if you have

• Additional language skills (French, Polish or German)
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Experience in working in customer support via chat, phone and email
• An interest in second hand

Location

This role is based at our Medborgarplatsen office. You work Monday to Friday, 08:15–17:15, and start with six weeks of onboarding on-site.
