A growing SaaS company in Sweden is looking for a Junior Solution Specialist to assist in optimizing budgeting and forecasting processes. You will work closely with customers, ensuring high-quality service while gaining extensive knowledge in data-driven financial management. Candidates should have a degree in a related field and be fluent in both English and Swedish. You’ve recently, completed your degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. You’re a curious problem solver and strategic thinker, eager to take on a unique role that merges data and business. About the role

At Planacy, you’ll work with a leading product. You’ll be the specialist who, together with your team, helps our customers to design optimal budgeting and forecasting processes, and who helps them to obtain as much value as possible from the platform. The role is very social and your technical interests will play an important part. As part of our Customer Team, you’ll have a significant role as the technical specialist who ensures that what we deliver is of the highest quality with a great customer satisfaction. With the insights you gather, and in close dialogue with our product development team, you’ll also have the opportunity to influence the development of the product going forward.

As part of the team, it’s mainly your passion, self-leadership and motivation that influence your development. You’ll gradually gain in-depth knowledge of our platform and data-driven financial management. You’ll also have great opportunities to grow alongside the company on its exciting growth-journey.
