Job summary

An engineering consultancy is seeking a candidate for a permanent position in Linköping focused on product configuration management. You will ensure product integrity throughout the lifecycle and adapt to a dynamic environment, requiring 4+ years of relevant experience in a regulated setting. Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on product configuration management experience in a regulated environment.
• Solid command of CM fundamentals: Baselines, revisions, effectivity, FCA/PCA.
• Working knowledge of ISO 10007 and EIA-64 is a plus.
• Working knowledge of ISO 10007 and EIA-64 is a plus.
• Exceptionally organized with high attention to detail.
• Willingness to grow INVENSITY presence in Sweden and work in a global team.
• Business fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product integrity end-to-end: from requirements through design, production, and service.
• Collect and coordinate change requests and track implementation to effectivity.
• Take ownership of document & data control across PLM.
• Training and supporting configuration-related issues.
• Optimize and govern CM workflows across Engineering, Quality, Production, Supply Chain and Service.
• Be part of INVENSITY’s success story and help build the business in Sweden.

As part of the founding team in Gothenburg, you will play a key role in building up our presence in Sweden. Together with a small, dedicated team, you will actively help establish INVENSITY as a trusted engineering consultancy in the Scandinavian market. Your profile

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, Mechatronics or similar
• 4+ years of hands-on product configuration management in a regulated environment (e.g., defense, aerospace, rail, medtech, automotive)
• Solid command of CM fundamentals: Baselines, revisions, effectivity, FCA/PCA
• Working knowledge of standards such as ISO 10007 and EIA-64is a Plus
• Exceptionallyorganized and structured working style, with high attention to detail
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments, with a strong desire to contribute to the growth of a new location and be part of a global team
• Business fluent in English
