Job summary

AMMEGA in Kristianstad is looking for a customer service-oriented person to join our team. You will handle customer inquiries by phone and email, register and follow up quotes and orders, and provide technical and commercial support throughout the order and delivery process.

You will work closely with production, warehouse and external sales to ensure timely deliveries, inform customers about lead times and solutions, and build long-term relationships through high service levels and professional

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or order management is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills in English and Swedish are preferred.
• Ability to handle several tasks in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
