Qred, a fast-growing fintech in Stockholm, is seeking a Customer Representative to drive end-to-end communications with small businesses. The role focuses on real-time inquiries and bridging customers with internal financial systems to enable scalable service.

You will handle inquiries via chat, email, and phone, follow regulatory standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve edge cases and improve workflows.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in customer-facing roles, retail, or operations or eagerness to start a Fintech career.
• Fluent in English and at least one Scandinavian language (Swedish, Norwegian or Danish).
• Strong digital proficiency to navigate internal financial systems and admin software.

About The Role

As a Customer Representative, you will drive end-to-end communication with small businesses while maintaining operational accuracy across our core financial channels. You take direct ownership of real-time inquiries, bridging customer needs with our internal financial systems to power steady scale.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries across chat, email, and phone with technical precision and speed.
• Process daily operational requests in accordance with regulatory standards and risk policies.
• Align with cross-functional teams to resolve edge cases and optimize internal workflows.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and contribute practical ideas to refine service procedures.
• Document customer records and system updates accurately within our internal platforms.

We are looking for an action-oriented team player with a structured mindset and strong problem-solving skills. You take full ownership of daily tasks, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and remain motivated to build efficient, scalable interactions.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in customer-facing roles, retail, or operations, or an eagerness to launch your career in Fintech.
• Fluent in English and at least one Scandinavian language (Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish)

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our headquarters in Stockholm. We believe our culture thrives when we work together, which is why we have an office-first approach. To balance this with some flexibility, we have the option of working remotely one day per week.
