Job summary

Rerun is building the data stack for Physical AI, and we’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to work with customers from first demo through production. You’ll sit with customers, understand their needs, and drive a working solution.

You’ll run demos, onboard customers onsite and remotely, convert messy problems into PoCs, become the go-to expert of Rerun, and help the team improve every onboarding. Expect travel up to 30% and a distributed European/US team.

Qualifications

• A technical foundation in robotics, ML, data engineering, or databases, with credible engineering dialogue.
• Ability to read, iterate on, and extend Python code to deliver a PoC.
• Genuine interest in robotics, spatial AI, or computer vision; hands-on exposure a plus.
• High agency and focus on solving customer problems over salesmanship.
• Comfortable with up to 30% travel.

Responsibilities

• Run demos and onboard customers onsite and remotely, building engineer-to-engineer trust alongside our founders.
• Take a messy customer problem and stand up a working proof of concept.
• Be the most expert user of Rerun, and feed relay customers struggles back into the roadmap.
• Coordinate with the team to make every PoC and customer onboarding better than the last.
