Apollo in Stockholm is seeking a CRO & Experimentation Lead to shape data-driven decision-making across marketing and eCommerce. You will define the experimentation strategy, partner with Product Owners, UX Designers, Analysts and Engineers to turn insights into tests with measurable impact.

Responsibilities include building best practices, coaching teams, and expanding our experimentation toolkit. This is a permanent, full‑time role based at our Stockholm headquarters, reporting to Head of CRO

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in e-commerce or digital product environments.
• 3+ years in CRO and experimentation.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive the experimentation roadmap across digital products and customer journeys.
• Turn customer insights into clear hypotheses for experiments.
• Design, execute, analyze and communicate experiments and their outcomes.
• Coach and support teams in adopting experimentation best practices.
• Continuously improve experimentation processes, frameworks and toolkit.
