Job summary

SAS - Scandinavian Airlines is seeking a Crew Controller to join the Operations Control Centre in Solna (Stockholm). You will help ensure the right crew is in the right place at the right time, while managing disruptions and maintaining safety, quality, punctuality, and cost efficiency across SAS Scandinavia, SAS Link, and SAS Connect.

The role requires 3+ years in airline operations or similar, with strong IT skills and fluency in English plus at least one Scandinavian language.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operational airline environments or equivalent real-time ops role.
• Experience in crew control, planning, or operations control is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of flight operations regulations and internal policies.

Responsibilities

• Optimize crew resources for safety, quality, punctuality, and cost efficiency.
• Develop and implement solutions to short-term disruptions and schedule changes.
• Monitor crew qualifications and training to minimize productivity loss and cost impact.
• Ensure compliance with operations manuals, collective agreements, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and support performance improvements across the OCC.
