TRATON Finans AB in Sweden seeks a Business IT Solution Developer – Credit & AML to join the Process & IT Support team. You link business needs with technology, developing, enhancing, and supporting key Credit and AML solutions used across Nordic and Baltic markets.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and external vendors, transform requirements into scalable IT solutions, and help ensure secure, compliant, and efficient customer and financing processes while advancing our digital

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent practical experience in computer science or IT.
• Experience developing and maintaining business applications.
• Experience working with system integrations, APIs, and SQL databases.
• Experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Experience collaborating with external software vendors or development partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills bridging business and tech perspectives.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
• Design technical solutions with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Collaborate with vendors such as BanqSoft during development and implementation.
• Develop and maintain integrations, automations, and smaller application enhancements.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and production support.
• Ensure delivered solutions align with architecture, quality standards, and business processes.
• Partner with business departments to identify and implement improvements within the Credit & AML landscape.
