Job summary

TRATON Finans AB is seeking a Business IT Solution Developer - Credit & AML to bridge business needs and technology across our Nordic and Baltic markets. You will drive development, enhancements, and support for critical Credit and AML solutions while collaborating with stakeholders, internal teams, and external vendors.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with integrations, APIs, SQL, and excellent communication to translate requirements into scalable IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience developing and maintaining business applications.
• Experience working with system integrations, APIs, and SQL databases.
• Experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Experience collaborating with external software vendors or development partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills bridging business and technical perspectives.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
• Design technical solutions with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Collaborate with vendors such as BanqSoft throughout development and implementation.
• Develop and maintain integrations, automations, and smaller application enhancements.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and production support.
• Ensure delivered solutions align with architecture, quality standards, and business processes.
• Partner with business departments to identify and implement improvements within Credit & AML landscape.
