We are looking for a Business IT Solution Developer – Credit & AML to join our Process & IT Support team. In this role, you will act as the link between business and technology, driving the development, enhancement, and support of critical Credit and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) solutions used across our Nordic and Baltic markets.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, internal teams, and external software vendors to transform business needs into scalable and efficient IT solutions. The Process & IT Support team is responsible for developing, supporting, and continuously improving the business-critical applications and processes that enable TRATON Finans' operations in the Nordics & Baltics.

On the IT side, our Business Analysts, Solution Developers, Application Support Specialists, and Information Security function work closely with the business and external partners to deliver secure, efficient, and innovative solutions across sales, credit, AML, finance, insurance, and reporting.

Alongside our IT responsibilities, we also have a dedicated team providing Central Administration & Support, managing operational services such as rental, factoring, and contract administration to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and high-quality customer service.
