Job summary

MyDermaDream seeks an AI Video Editor to create AI-powered video assets for Direct Response advertising. You will convert scripts and concepts into AI-generated footage, characters, environments, and visuals, collaborating with the Creative team for fast asset production.

You will continuously test AI tools, build workflows, and maintain visual consistency across assets to scale creative output for a fast-growing skincare brand.

Qualifications

• Experience with tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney, Flux or similar platforms strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality AI video, image and visual assets for use across our advertising creative.
• Turn scripts, concepts, hooks and creative briefs into usable AI-generated footage.
• Create AI-generated people, environments, product scenes, animations, B-roll and visual concepts.
• Continuously experiment with new AI creative tools, models and workflows.
• Work closely with video editors and the wider Creative team to supply the assets they need to build finished ads.
• Develop repeatable prompting, generation and production workflows that allow AI assets to be produced faster and more consistently.
• Maintain consistency across characters, products, scenes and visual styles where required.
• Identify new ways AI can reduce production time, increase creative volume and unlock concepts that would otherwise be expensive or difficult to produce.

Because of our reputation and the incredible work of our team, we are rapidly scaling our creative and acquisition engine.

The future of creative production is changing fast, and we want AI to become a major part of how we generate new assets, concepts, scenes and visual possibilities.

We are looking for an AI Video Editor whose primary responsibility is to generate AI-powered video and visual assets that our wider creative team can use in Direct Response advertising.

This is not a traditional video editing role.

You will focus on using the latest generative AI tools to create footage, characters, environments, product visuals, animations and creative assets that can be incorporated into high-performing ads.

In order to achieve this, you will work closely with our Creative team to take ideas, scripts and concepts and turn them into usable AI-generated assets at speed to increase the output of our video and design team.

Requirements

• Experience with tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney, Flux or similar platforms strongly preferred.
• Work 6 days/week.
• Work 10 hours/day.
• Read 2 books/month.
