Job summary

SoScale Media in Stockholm is seeking a Creative & Content Intern to join a fast-moving, growth‑driven team. You’ll work closely with creative strategists, designers, editors and performance marketers to develop content that actually performs, not just looks good.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with TikTok and Meta ads, UGC concepts, hooks, scripts, trend research, AI tools, and content planning for dynamic DTC brands.

Qualifications

• Currently a student or recent graduate (0–1 year experience).
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken; Swedish fluency required.
• Interested in marketing, storytelling, copywriting and performance.
• Based in Stockholm; comfortable in a fast‑moving creative environment.
• Familiarity with TikTok/Meta ads and AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help develop ideas for TikTok, Meta, and paid social campaigns.
• Assist with scripting, hooks, storyboards, and creative briefs.
• Research trends, competitors, creators, and winning ad concepts.
• Work closely with designers, editors and performance marketers to bring ideas to life.
• Support creative strategy and coordination across projects and clients.

About The Role

This is your way into the world of creative strategy and performance content.

As a Creative & Content Intern at SoScale, you’ll work closely with creative strategists, designers, editors, and performance marketers to develop content that actually performs — not just looks good.

You’ll get hands‑on experience working with TikTok ads, Meta ads, UGC concepts, hooks, scripts, trend research, AI tools, and content planning for some of the fastest-growing DTC brands in the market.

This role is built for someone creative, curious, internet‑native, and hungry to grow fast.

You won’t just observe. You’ll contribute from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Help develop ideas and concepts for TikTok, Meta, and paid social campaigns

What We’re Looking For

• Students or recent graduates (0–1 year experience)
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Swedish fluency is a requirement for this role.
• Someone obsessed with content, trends, TikTok, and internet culture
• Curious about marketing, storytelling, copywriting and performance
• Structured, proactive, and eager to learn fast
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving creative environment
• Familiarity with TikTok, Meta, Claude, ChatGPT or similar AI tools is a plus
• Based in Stockholm
