Tata Technologies is seeking a Crash Safety Analysis Engineer – Occupant Analysis Front & Rear in Sweden to join a skilled safety engineering team. The role focuses on evaluating occupant protection in frontal and rear impacts through physical testing, analysis, and recommendations.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet safety targets and regulatory requirements, contributing to the development of next-generation safety solutions.

Qualifications

• MSc in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience performing physical crash tests at component, system, and vehicle levels.
• Experience in Occupant Analysis and crash safety development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead physical crash tests at component, system, and full-vehicle levels.
• Perform detailed occupant protection analyses based on test results.
• Evaluate crash performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Present test results and findings to internal stakeholders.
• Provide recommendations to enhance occupant protection and safety performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to achieve project safety objectives.
