Job summary

Avarda in Borås is seeking an experienced QA Lead to own quality assurance for our Core Ledger platform. You will define the test strategy, verify supplier deliveries, and ensure nothing goes live unless it meets our requirements.

In this hands‑on role, you’ll execute tests, develop the test framework, and lead verification and regression efforts in close collaboration with the wider team, delivering high-quality results for fintech operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in QA roles with test strategy leadership for complex systems.
• Experience verifying deliveries from external suppliers or vendors.
• Proven ability to build and maintain test plans and cases.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall test strategy for the Core Ledger domain.
• Personally build and maintain test plans, cases, and regression suites.
• Embed quality from requirements to delivery approval with stakeholders.
• Verify and regression test ledger flows, balances, and reconciliation logic.
• Drive quality mindset and track metrics such as test coverage and defects.
