Job summary
Avarda UK is seeking a specialist who combines financial know-how with strong analytical skills to join our Core Ledger team in Borås. You will define and document business rules behind interest, fees and product configurations, and verify that supplier deliveries meet requirements.
A hands-on role providing internal support across finance, compliance and product, with collaboration across internal and external suppliers.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in financial/analytical/product roles in financial services.
- Understanding of interest calculation methodologies (EIR, simple/compound, XIRR).
- Experience turning business requirements into precise specifications for suppliers.
- Knowledge of consumer credit/BNPL or instalment lending product structures.
Responsibilities
- Define and document requirements for interest calculation logic, accrual rules, and fee structures delivered by suppliers.
- Translate requirements into precise specifications for external suppliers.
- Verify and test supplier-delivered product configurations for correctness.
- Ensure financial and regulatory accuracy of calculation logic and edge cases.
- Collaborate with finance/compliance/product to validate supplier deliveries.
